Terms of Service

• No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime (subscription ends at the end of the following month, after machine pickup)
• You pay your monthly membership fee (setup on auto-pay).
• Please contact us for any support, maintenance, or repair.
• We provide support by email, phone, and in person as needed.
• No separate charge for the visit to swap machines.
• Send us your requests for your next machine anytime.
• We (Pinball Tycoon) own the machine and it is housed at your location.
• You agree to take all reasonable efforts to keep it safe, secure, and in good condition.
• After a minimum of 6 months (or any time for non-payment), we can discontinue your subscription with 45 days notice.
• Subscription costs shown above are per machine.
• You can have multiple machines at one location or at different locations.
